Storifying the strategy of a pension company

Challenge

The pension company had created a well-founded and rational strategy on paper. However, the strategy did not address the stakeholders inside or outside the company on an emotional level, which reduced its impact on action or motivation.

Approach

We reformulated the key elements of the strategy (most importantly the vision) into new ones, with the aim of inspiring, inspiring and motivating comprehensive change.

Outcome

The new strategy was published in 2020 and the vision we formulated created a broad umbrella concept for the development projects that grew out of the strategy, both within the organization and at the customer interface.
